What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is action driven, motivational, positive and inspiring.
Life coaching gives you advice about how to improve your life; it helps you look at where you are now and where you’d like to be. Working towards your goals by raising awareness, encouraging you to take responsibility for your life and go further than you ever thought possible.
If you are ready for a challenge and ready to change your life for the better; to make a path for what you want then coaching could be for you.
It involves work, commitment and determination from the client but the end result and benefits can be truly amazing.
What is Spiritual Coaching?
Spiritual coaching will inspire the client to find his/her inner happiness; working on the mind, body and soul.
External/material factors can make someone happy for a moment but not deep within to bring about true happiness.
When one starts listening to their mind, body, soul and their emotions, this is when they can achieve happiness and harmony in life.
Spiritual coaching is about helping the client to reach his/her full potential and blossom from inside; helping the client be the person they truly are; free from any limitations.
How does Coaching work?
Coaching can be face to face or on the telephone, which can last between 30 and 60 minutes.
During that time, your coach will establish an issue with you, and encourage you, with a series of questions to set a goal. With guidance from your coach, you will explore various options open to you that might enable you to take a step nearer to your goal. What if talking to someone doesn’t appeal? A lot of coaches now do email coaching which can be surprisingly effective, giving both parties the time to think before setting their thoughts, questions and answers down in type.
Whichever method you choose, life coaching will be a challenging experience for you, requiring a high level of enthusiasm and commitment, but well worth the effort.
